We Value Your Privacy.
No registration necessary to use WWWMailer. We do
not capture or store any information unless it is absolutely
necessary and required by the product or service you requested. The
following are the only times when information will be
captured or stored:
- You click on the "Remember Me" checkbox when you login. This
option saves your e-mail, password, pop3 and smtp mail server
details in your computer as cookies. No data is saved in our
server and cookies will be deleted once you uncheck the "Remember
Me" checkbox on your subsequent logon to the site.
- You choose to use the Address Book feature. This feature will
store your e-mail address, names and corresponding e-mail of
your contacts in the database located in our server. No data is
being saved in your computer and all data will be deleted in the
database located in our server when you delete all your contacts
in your address book.
- You choose to change the no. of e-mails/addresses per page
displayed in your inbox/address book from its default value in the
options page. This option saves your preferred no. of
e-mails/addresses per page in your inbox/addressbook in your
computer as a cookie. No data is saved in our server and the
cookie will be deleted once you revert back to the default value.
- You choose to change the color scheme of WWWMailer from its
default value in the options page. This option saves your preferred
color scheme in your computer as a cookie. No data is saved in our
server and the cookie will be deleted once you revert back to the
default value.
WWWMailer will not sell or rent any information that may be
stored in our server to anyone. The only time that we will send any
information about you to another entity is when:
- We have your consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information to provide the product
or service you have requested; or
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.
