this Site are available for use in locations other than places in
which said products, services and materials are authorized. A User
choosing to access this Site from other locations, do so on own
initiative, and is responsible for compliance with any and all
applicable laws. The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern
these terms. If a User takes legal action relating to this Site or these
terms, the User agrees to file such action only in the Regional Trial
Court of Paranaque City, Philippines, and the User consents and submit
to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of
litigating any such action.
Submitting Proposals and/or Requests. WWWMailer.com is a
professional organization dedicated in maintaining a very high
degree of quality and integrity in business origination. No oral
representation is ever made. If a User submits an application,
transaction, or request, referred to herein as a Proposal or Proposals,
and said Proposal is rejected by WWWMailer.com, in most cases, the
User will not be notified. When submitting documentation to
WWWMailer.com, a User must submit documentation that does not have to
be returned. Documentation submitted to WWWMailer.com will not be
returned. Further, all Proposals submitted to WWWMailer.com must
include; the Full Name, Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address
of the User. Proposals that have been accepted for further
consideration by WWWMailer.com are subject to, among other things,
qualification, underwriting criteria, and final written approval. A
User should not rely on any Proposal that has been accepted for further
consideration. WWWMailer.com reserves the right, at any time, without
notice to: (1) reject any Proposal, including Proposals that had been
accepted for further consideration; (2) screen Users; (3) approve or
reject and/or terminate the relationship with any User that has
submitted a Proposal, or has a Proposal pending with WWWMailer.com.
Severability. If any part of this Agreement is determined
to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including,
but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitation
set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be
deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely
matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the
Agreement shall continue in effect.
